Chris has been building software for over 12 years: as a developer, product engineer, product manager, team lead, Interim CTO, and software consultant. For the past five years he's led development teams, both WAYF's own and for partners.

Today he focuses on business relations, operations, and figuring out how to build software smarter. For the last two years that's meant going deep on AI-assisted development and its real impact on how teams work, not just the tooling hype. Still learning, still experimenting.
