This website at wayfdigital.com is published by WAYF Digital sp. z o.o., a Polish limited liability company. The registered seat, NIP, REGON, and KRS numbers appear at the foot of this page.

These are the terms of use for this website. They cover what the site is, what visitors may and may not do with the content published here, and where WAYF's responsibility for the site ends and the visitor's begins.

They do NOT cover a paid engagement with WAYF. If you sign a statement of work or a master services agreement with us, that signed contract governs the engagement — not this page.

By browsing this website, sending us a message through the contact form, emailing one of the published WAYF addresses, or booking a call through the embedded scheduler, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please don't use the site.

This site is a marketing and informational presence for WAYF: who we are, the work we've shipped, how we engage, and how to reach us. Everything published here is for general information; nothing on the site is legal, financial, tax, or technical advice you should act on without your own counsel.

The site is offered as-is and as-available. We may add, change, remove, or temporarily take down any part of it at any time without notice.

You're welcome to read the site, share links to its pages, and quote short excerpts of the writing with clear attribution back to the original page. That covers most of the things real visitors actually want to do.

What's not permitted without our written consent: copying or republishing substantial portions of the text, design, code, or images; framing the site inside another site to present it as your own; using the content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning models commercially; scraping the site at volume or via automated tooling that ignores rate limits, robots directives, or the User-Agent norms; reverse-engineering, decompiling, or probing the platform for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure conversation with us.

Unless a specific asset is marked otherwise, the original text, design, layout, illustration, photography, code, and brand marks on this site are the intellectual property of WAYF Digital sp. z o.o. and are protected under Polish and EU copyright + database-rights law.

Client logos and brand marks shown in case studies, the selected-clients grids, and elsewhere on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are used here with permission to identify the working relationship, not to imply endorsement of unrelated content.

Open-source components that build the site itself remain under their respective licences. A best-effort summary is available on request.

If you submit the contact form, email a published address, or attach a file, you are sharing that material with WAYF on the understanding that we may read it, store it for our records, and reply to it. We treat the substance of what you send as confidential and don't publish it back. Personal-data handling is covered separately in the privacy notice at /privacy.

Don't send us anything you can't lawfully share — material covered by an NDA with another party, regulated personal data, payment-card numbers, or trade secrets you don't have the right to disclose. If you need an NDA in place before sharing specifics, the contact form has a checkbox for that.

We're under no obligation to respond to every submission, and we don't promise a response inside any specific timeframe through this channel (the reply usually lands inside one working day, but that's a practice, not a guarantee).

The site links out to third-party pages (clients, partner directories, articles we cite, the founders' LinkedIn profiles). Following an outbound link takes you off this site and onto someone else's; we don't control what's published there and we don't endorse it beyond the reason we linked.

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam challenge) and the message is relayed via Resend. The booking section embeds cal.com. Each of those is a separate service with its own terms and privacy policy, and your use of those embedded pieces is also governed by their respective terms.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We work to keep the published content accurate and the site online, but we don't warrant that every page is current, every external link still resolves, or that the site will be free from defects, errors, or downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WAYF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) this website, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, personal injury, or any other category that cannot be excluded under Polish civil law.

How we handle the personal data you share through this site — names, email addresses, IP addresses, form submissions, cookies, third-party embeds — is set out in the privacy notice at /privacy. Reading it is the right way to understand what the site collects and what it doesn't.

We may update these terms as the site evolves. The current version is always at this URL and the date at the top of the page is the date of the most recent change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the registered seat of WAYF Digital sp. z o.o.
