Code-first by default. Content models live in TypeScript, under version control, reviewed like any other code. No UI-configured schemas that drift over time, no undocumented decisions buried in a CMS dashboard.

Next.js native. Payload 3.0 runs its admin panel inside a Next.js app. We build this way as standard: one deployment, one codebase, one team responsible for both.

React Native as a real delivery surface. Most Payload agencies build for web only. We build for web and mobile at the same time, sharing one content model and one API. No separate mobile CMS, no duplicated content.
