Founders
Paul Utr
I started building things online when I was 13, growing up in rural Poland – a drive that had nowhere obvious to go, so it went everywhere. At the University of Wroclaw I studied neo-latin languages and linguistics while already leading UX work for founders globally: both paths converged, and between them I learned how systems hold together and fall apart.
I was one of the earliest product collaborators at Ramp, helping shape the product from pre-seed through hypergrowth. Before that, formative years at Netguru (Keller Williams, Mailgun, UBS). At WAYF, together with Chris, I lead on design, strategy, client relationships, and the connective tissue; making sure how we show up in the world is worthy of what we actually build.
I read patterns for a living: in products, in markets, in language, in places that have no apparent connection to software until suddenly they do. We've entered an era where language is emerging as something animated at the core of machine intelligence. Those of us who've spent our lives obsessing over how meaning finds form? We're at the center.
